If you happen to be in my city, and you see a lady running with an mp3 player in her hands, that’s probably me. I hate arm bands (they are always itchy and they bug me so much!), and I hate carrying my mp3 player. But if I can’t listen to my booty shakin’ music while I run, I get bored so quickly. Don’t lie, you like to rock out to Britney and Nicki Minaj while you run, too.
So here’s my new favorite work out buddy: The Sansa Clip Zip mp3 player by SanDisk. It’s 4GB, and it has an extra SD slot so you can add more storage!!! LOVE this feature. I can load up all the music I want without worrying about space.
The best part? It clips. It seems so simple, but it’s literally my favorite part of the mp3 player. I can use it while I work out, and I’m not holding my mp3 player or getting tangled in arm bands. Perfect. You might say, “Well, the iPod Shuffle is clippable, too!” and yes, it is, (I have one! I know!) but my least fave thing about the Shuffle is that you have little to no control over what you hear and when. So I’m huffing it up a hill during my run, and I’m rocking out to Rihanna, and then some pansy slow country song comes on and KILLS my mojo. I love that with the Clip Zip, I have a color screen, and can see what I’m listening to and navigate around my music library easily.
