Why Pinterest is taking over my life.

GUH. I can’t even act like I’m upset about my newest addiction. I’m a serial pinner, and I ain’t got no shame, y’all.

It starts every night after I get all the kids to sleep. I meander Facebook, answer a few emails that I put off throughout the day, and then it just happens. It’s 3:00 AM and I’ve got about 50 new pins to my name.

Check out all of my craftiness and follow me! Pinterest is a great source for bookmarking your latest craft creations, or creating a to-do list of your next DIY projects. When you start your next project, you can find craft supplies online at retailers such as Factory Direct Craft or at your neighborhood supply store.

Here’s some of my favorite things that I’ve found:

Alphabet magnets made with marbles and circle magnets. The possibilities are endless! Make any kind of magnets you want. Numbers, pictures, letters, just plain scrapbook paper, you name it!

Matching for kiddos! Just grab two sets of the same paint swatch, and you’re good to go.

So cute and easy! This will definitely be done for our Christmas ornament craft this year. Popsicle stick crafts never go out of style ;).

I love crafting, even if I’m not that great at it. As long as I’m armed with enough craft supplies, the winter shouldn’t be too terrible!

Are you a crafter? What are some of your go-to crafts for kids?

  1. You are not alone, my friend! LOL
I do the same thing! I’ll be following you on Pinterest too :-)

  2. Oh my goodness…I am addicted too! My husband can’t ever get on the computer because all I do it sit with the laptop and pin as we are watching our shows together. It’s bad…but oh so good!

I also host a pinterest link party for blogs to link up and pin/get pinned. I’d love for you to link up. It’s every Saturday and is open for a few days.
