J is for Jeep Jogging Stroller Review and Giveaway

As you may know, I’ve been on a journey to get healthy and drop some pounds. With that, I’ve been jogging about a mile and a half a day — I know right? I never thought I’d be able to do that!

The problem, however, is that I have three kids. Well, they’re not a problem, but how is a work at home mom supposed to get her exercise in when all she has is a normal walking stroller?

Answer: Get a J is for Jeep jogging stroller. Seriously, this thing is AWESOME.  Check this:

I can’t even begin to tell you how many things I love about this stroller. One of my personal favorites is the Smart Handle — my husband can easily pop the handle bar up so that it’s comfortable for him to push. I really love how smooth the stroller pushes. With it’s air inflated tires and suspension system, it can handle bumps, rocks, and rough terrain without disturbing my kid too much.


The storage basket is plenty big, and I love that you can access it from the front or back of the stroller. The seat reclines nicely, and is able to accommodate many different infant car seats, so even with teeny tiny little ones, you can get out there and get your fitness on! My only qualm is that the seat has to be reclined in order to fold the stroller. Kind of annoying, but not a deal breaker by any means! It does have a free-stand fold, which almost makes up for it ;).

The iBaby sound system is really neat, although it can be a little crackly at times. You just gotta make sure the cord is securely pushed into your iPhone or iPod, and you’re good to go! The cup holders are perfect for stashing my water so I can re-hydrate mid-run.

  22. I would like to lose 35lbs & fit back into the jeans I had prior to having my 3yr old son. It seems impossible! (although, I know it isn’t ;) Just so much harder for me to lose weight when I have a family of men to cook for. I will get there… this would help tremendously! We had a Jeep and LOVED it, but the back wheels won’t retain any air after spending the winter in the unfurnished basement. Very bummed about it because A) it was expensive & B) it is a GREAT stroller!

    I am a grandma of 6, two of which come here for day care operated by our live in daughter, the stroller would be helpful to have here for the little guy. This stroller would be for my daughter who had a little guy late last fall who was 3 months premature and under 2lbs. Mommy was so stressed and very immobile sitting at the hospital for months and not eating the healthiest diet…gaining 30 lbs after his birth, added to the “baby weight” too. She did not get a stroller because she was told the baby was not allowed out in public places like schools, stores, parks, etc due to his underdeveloped immune system. He FINALLY got clearance recently to get out and about and she is ready to walk with him and hit the awesome park in their town that has trails. She is trying so hard, works full time and also a part time job, besides taking nursing classes to catch up on financial catastrophe this birth cost. She is so determined to bring her body back to healthy and be satisfied with herself once again. Stress is so NOT conducive for getting your body “back” after baby. I know walking and running is GREAT for it, so this Jeep stroller would be an amazing gift for her!

  127. For the past nine months I have been dedicated to getting into the best shape I can. Our first granddaughter was born on July 19th, 2 short hours before my 50th birthday. This has been such a transitional year for me, turning 50…becoming a grandma…realizing that the past 10 years have flown by like a day and knowing that if I don’t get in shape now, it may never happen again. I have been looking at jogging strollers ever since my son asked me if I would be able to babysit for them after my daughter-in-law went back to work.
