I eat a salad almost daily, and I really love how filling they can be. But what I don’t love is loading it with calorie laden dressings! I am a ranch dressing girl through and through, and I could never get into the vinaigrette thing. So I set out to find a better-for-you recipe for my beloved dressing!
- 1 container of plain greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
- 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix (NOT dip mix!)
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
If you want to make a super-clean eating version, you can even make your own ranch mix and skip the packet!
- 2 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon pepper
