Graco Snugride Click Connect 40 Review & Babies “R” Us Giveaway #GracoSafety

This past Saturday, I had the privilege of hosting a fantastic event at Babies “R” Us showcasing the all new Graco Snugride Click Connect 40 newborn to 2 year car seat! I had such a blast, and I am so pumped about this product, it’s not even funny.

We had such a great time learning about this fantastic product! Check out some action shots:

We had people of all ages in attendance! This little guy was so adorable, and he even hung out in one of the demo car seats for a while!

Here’s our first winner (foreground) checking out the Click Connect 40 that she just won! She had the cutest baby bump ever. One of our guests (back ground) is testing out the one second fold of the Graco FastAction Fold Sport Click Connect Stroller! It is seriously the easiest stroller fold I’ve ever seen.

Yours truly, showing everyone how amazing this car seat is! How adorable is the girly print (Mena)?! I so wish it was around when my daughter was younger. It’s so gorgeous.

The man in this photo just found out that he won a Graco Snugride Click Connect 40! He and his wife, on the right, just recently found out they were expecting and this was their first trip to a Babies “R” Us! He said, “You had a sale even before I won this car seat — I want to tell everyone about this seat!”

They just kept saying that we made their day. I love giving stuff away to people who are so truly appreciative of it!

What makes the Graco Snugride Click Connect 40 so special?

What DOESN’T, is what you should ask! At first glance, the Click Connect 40 looks like the run of the mill infant car seat — but looks can be deceiving, because it is so much more than just a basic infant seat!

The Click Connect 40 is the only newborn to 2 year car seat that keeps your child rear facing from 4 to 40 pounds. The American Academy of Pediatrics now recommends that your child remain rear facing up until their second birthday. Did you know that a child is five times safer in a collision if they are rear facing? True facts.

Adjustable Base

But a traditional infant car seat isn’t as comfortable for an older baby. My toddler wants to be able to sit up a bit and be in the action. That’s where the magic happens, my friends. The Click Connect 40 has an adjustable stay-in-car base that adjusts with 8 recline positions for most leg room of any rear-facing car seat for baby comfort. It’s truly the most innovative thing I’ve ever seen!

Simply Safe Adjust™ Harness System

Have you ever had to rethread a car seat’s harness? There’s nothing fun about it. Nothing. Graco decided to solve that problem for us! The Simply Safe Adjust harness system allows parents to adjust the harness and headrest with just one hand to fit their baby’s height as their baby grows, all without having to rethread the harness for extra convenience.

Click Connect™ System

The Click Connect™ attachment which allows parents to easily transition their babies from the car seat to the stroller through a simple, but secure, one-step “click.” The Click Connect system is compatible with Graco strollers that you’ll need to complete your baby gear line up — the Graco FastAction Fold Sport Click Connect Stroller and the SnugRider® Elite Stroller. I love that if you purchase the FastAction Fold Sport Click Connect Stroller along with the Click Connect 40, you will have a travel system that will truly grow with your child from infancy to beyond toddlerhood!

One lucky reader will win a $25 gift card to Babies “R” Us, the only place you can purchase the new Graco Snugride Click Connect 40!

The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40 – the first and only newborn to two-year infant car seat that actually grows with your baby from four pounds all the way up to 40 pounds. The car seat is designed for a parent on the go. The infant car seat can be easily removed from the base and used as a carrier when the infant is small, providing portability and convenience so you can easily move your infant in and out of the car without disturbing them.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recently made the recommendation to keep all children in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2. Graco set out to make this product so parents can keep infants rear facing longer while still keeping them comfortable.

This car seat is amazing! I love how it goes from newborn to 2 years old. Finally a car seat that grows with your child.

I love the adjustable base! I also love the 40 lbs weight limit because I have seen some very big less than 1 year olds getting faced forward because their parents just bump them up when they outgrow a standard carrier carseat. Thanks for the giveaway!

I absolutely love that it lasts through the first 2 years. My daughter is 14 months and still rear-facing, and people think I’m crazy for still having her that way! It is important to me that she stays rear facing as long as possible, and this would be much easier with this awesome seat!

I love that is allows the children to remain rear facing until they are age 2 or 40 pounds. I have heard that is so much safer!
