Nutrisystem Week 11: I feel AMAZING + PROGRESS PIC! #NSNation

This week has been awesome. I can’t describe it any other way. This week has been a popcorn-a-palooza over here! I have been totally digging the Nutrisystem butter flavored popcorn. It’s been a big TV week for me. I’m a reality show junkie through and through, and I’ve loved sitting down for my shows with a bowl of delish popcorn! One of my BFFs from high school was actually on BRAVO this week! He was the guest bartender on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Sunday, so you can bet your buns I was munching on my popcorn during the show!

Ankle Update

So if you’ll recall, I (presumably) sprained my ankle early last week. I babied it for a good 4 days, and I have only gone running once since then. I’ve done Pilates and other low impact activities since then, though! Lots of ab work over here. Yeowch! My run was a good one. I didn’t get close to my personal best time that I achieved on the run that injured me, but that’s okay! Here’s the stats for my run:

I’m pretty pleased with it! I really could feel the difference, though. Taking a week long break from intense cardio is no joke! It felt good to get out there again, though. I made a promise to myself that if I felt pain in my ankle, I’d slow down and walk it, but it held up okay!

Picture Progress!

I finally had the idea to put a timer app on my phone so I could get a true side by side picture of my progress, and here you have it!
I can’t get over my “before” side shot. Oh my GOD I can’t believe I let it get that bad. I am so incredibly happy with how I look, and I can’t wait to see how much more I can lose! Also, if you’re starting a weight loss journey, I highly recommend you take these before pictures. Remember my first Nutrisystem post? It took so much guts to post that before side-by-side. But now, I’m so glad to be able to really SEE how far I’ve come!

The Weigh In

This week, I weighed in at 182.4 pounds, down 1.4 pounds from last week! That brings my total weight loss to 25 pounds! Incredible.

Andrew weighed in with a 2 pound loss for the week! That brings his total to 25 pounds as well! He’s doing so well, and I couldn’t be more proud of him.

    Oh wow, you have done amazing in just 11 weeks!! The results are obvious on your photos and you look great. I have pinned several of your posts and plan to check out the pilates videos you blogged about. I need to freshen up my exercise routine!

    Wow, thank you for being my inspiration tonight! Your progress is amazing and I just love your new hair. You should feel so proud of yourself. I lost 48lbs last year and I gained 12 of it back this year, I wasn’t even finished losing weight.. I still had another 17lbs to lose before I got to my goal weight. It’s extremely difficult to get back on track because I struggle with binging.

      Thank you so much, Hannah! Congrats on the previous weight loss — you can still do it! I know how hard it is to lose a lot, and then be set back. I lost about 20 pounds, then became pregnant with my third child. I was so discouraged. I felt like I had just started to get my body back! I feel you on the bingeing :(. I would eat and eat until I felt sick, then eat some more. Best of luck to you, Hannah!
