I do whatever I can to help me stay on track with my health and fitness goals, and I’m always looking for new tools to help me along the way. I never ever leave home without my phone, so an app is the best solution for me!
I found out about the WannaBeWell app by Life…Supplemented and I was excited to try it out. The main foundations of the app focus on three pillars: healthy diet, vitamins and other supplements, and regular exercise. I can get behind that for sure!
When you download the app, you get to customize a coach that will give you daily fitness tips and motivation. You can choose whatever coach you’d like, and you can even pick out their clothes, so that’s always fun!
I chose this gal :). I did get a good laugh out of the drill sergeant on the right! I don’t know that he’s my taste, but it’s cool to have the option! Once you set up your coach, they’ll give you daily ‘Healthy Mission’ tasks. Once you complete the daily task, you are awarded with trophies! I love the validation, and I’m really a visual person — weight loss charts, sticker charts, etc. — so seeing a gaggle of trophies is perfect.
Another feature that’s pretty awesome is the Supplement Resource Center which gives you information about vitamins and supplements in a really easy to use format. You can also set reminders for your supplements and vitamins, which is a big help! I have so much on my plate, and I’ll take every little bit of organizational help I can get! If you want to learn more about a particular supplement, you can head over to The Supplement Resource Center to read one of the thousands of articles and find the supplement that fits your need.
I really think I’ll use this app, especially for the supplement feature. I’ve been needing to implement a vitamin regimen, and this will give me the kick start I need!
Life…Supplemented, the creators of the WannaBeWell app, is also a great resource where you can utilize online tools to help you optimize your personal health.
