Since I’ve gone back to work, I’ve had to make a serious effort to eat well. It’s difficult to make sure I can stay on plan while working out of the home, so I’ve been doing my best to find ways to eat healthily at the office.

I threw this salad together in about 3 minutes on my way out the door, and it was amazing! I loved that I could either eat the chicken warm or cold since it’s fully cooked already.   1. Love, love the Tyson Grilled and Ready Chicken!!!! It is the “BEST” ever!!!! I make chicken wraps using whole wheat tortillas, shredded cabbage and just a little fat free Honey Mustard dressing!!!!
