Since I’ve gone back to work, I’ve had to make a serious effort to eat well. It’s difficult to make sure I can stay on plan while working out of the home, so I’ve been doing my best to find ways to eat healthily at the office.

You guys know that I am not a skilled cook. I kind of like making pancakes. But other than that, I’m not too good in the cooking department. So when I heard about Tyson® Grilled & Ready® products, I wanted to give them a try!
I usually take a sandwich or salad to work so that I can eat at my desk quickly and get back to work, so I wanted to use Tyson® Grilled & Ready® chicken for my lunch.

I threw this salad together in about 3 minutes on my way out the door, and it was amazing! I loved that I could either eat the chicken warm or cold since it’s fully cooked already. If I wanted it warm, a quick visit to the microwave is all it takes! I’m already envisioning other meals I could make …
