Mocha Cupcakes 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup cold brewed coffee 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 3 teaspoons cider vinegar 3 teaspoons vanilla 1-1/2 cups flour 1/3 cup baking cocoa 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt Beat the coffee, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and vinegar together in a large bowl.
