I do whatever I can to help me stay on track with my health and fitness goals, and I'm always looking for new tools to help me along the way. I never ever leave home without my phone, so an app is the best solution for me! I found out about the WannaBeWell app by Life...Supplemented and I was excited to try it out. The main foundations of the app focus on three pillars: healthy diet, vitamins and other supplements, and regular exercise. I can get behind that for sure! When you download the app, you get to customize a coach that will give you daily fitness tips and motivation. You can choose whatever coach you'd like, and you can even pick out their clothes, so that's always fun! I chose this gal :). I did get a good laugh out of the drill sergeant on the right! How in the world am I just now finding out about Blogilates?! Cassey, the driving force behind the blog and YouTube channel, is quite possibly the cutest thing in the world. She's got such a fire for fitness, and it totally shows in her work outs! So how did I find Blogilates and POP Pilates? Let's back it up... You know the song "Gangnam Style" by Psy, the Korean pop star? If you haven't heard it yet, welcome to the rotating world. Give it a listen. You'll be addicted soon, don't worry ;). Anyway, I was dancing to the song with my kids, and thought, "MAN, this would be a really fun work out!" and off I went to YouTube and started searching. Then, I found it. The video.
